About me...

I am a New York City based photographer, photo editor, and researcher originally from Durham, Connecticut. I am a School of Visual Arts graduate. Several photographs from the 'durham series' were a part of the SVA Mentor Show, and I have had work in various publications including Smart Money Magazine, and Barron's News and Financial Weekly, among others. I recently completed a portraiture project with the Alzheimer's Association. My most recent exhibition is in the Near Collisions photography show in Port Authority, New York City.

Event Photography...

I have mastered the skill of blending into a party and capturing the ambiance and energy of the event while being respectful of guests and their experience. I have been independently photographing events in New York for nearly ten years. I have photographed high profile product launches, charity, corporate, and special occasion events. I have been hired to shoot in numerous event spaces and venues around New York, from posh venues such as the Standard's Boom Boom Room to rooftops with gorgeous sunsets, dark, crowded nightclubs and people's private apartments. I am familiar with navigating parties on yachts and have even spent a night shooting one-handed while riding in a party bus.
